Shalini Saxena is the General Counsel at Pine Labs, bringing 25 years of extensive experience across litigation and corporate law. Over the course of her career, she has advised businesses across diverse sectors, including consumer finance, fintech, and power, with significant experience spanning commercial advisory and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Saxena has held senior legal leadership roles in the rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem. She previously served as General Counsel at Pine Labs from 2019 to 2022 before joining CoinDCX as Head of Legal. She subsequently returned to Pine Labs, continuing to provide strategic legal leadership and counsel to the organisation.

Her professional expertise encompasses corporate law, commercial transactions, dispute resolution, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and legal strategy. Beyond her corporate role, Ms. Saxena is also a co-founder of The CADRE, an online dispute-resolution platform focused on enabling accessible and efficient resolution of disputes.
