Vardaan Ahluwalia is the Head-Legal at Premji Invest, managing private equity and public investments across sectors and growth stages in India and the US. His expertise includes fund structuring, early and growth stage investments, PIPE investments, joint ventures, and buyouts. Notable deals include TVS Credit, SB Packaging Constantia JV, Goldplus, Tube Investments, Lenskart, Ikigai Labs, Firstcry, Medplus, and Globalbees.

Before joining Premjit Invest, he was a partner at a leading Indian law firm, with significant experience in structured investments, private credit, and real estate finance. He has also worked on five of India’s top twelve distressed acquisitions. A graduate of the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, he is a visiting lecturer of Insolvency & Finance Law at his alma mater and serves on the Advisory Board of Ashurst’s Fintech Legal Labs. He studied Law and Finance at Said Business School, Oxford, where he was President of the Oxford Fintech & Legaltech Society.
