Chinmoy Roy is the Senior Legal Officer at Antrix Corporation Limited, the commercial arm of ISRO under the Department of Space, Government of India. His responsibilities include managing high stakes transnational litigation across 3 continents emanating from the biggest space dispute globally. He has appeared before the Delhi High Court, District Criminal and Civil Courts, NCDRC and various arbitral tribunals and has experience of handling civil, criminal, international arbitration, corporate, consumer and industrial matters. He is adept in drafting and negotiating contracts with international space agencies, private companies and service providers pertaining to satellites, launch of space objects and other space-based activities. He has also managed legal cases and arbitrations instituted in India and in other jurisdictions like The U.S.A., France, Netherlands, and The U.K. among others.
