Dr. Mukul Shastry is the Group General Counsel at Cube Highways, bringing more than two decades of experience across corporate, infrastructure, and regulatory law. His expertise spans business strategy, corporate mergers and acquisitions, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) processes, public-private partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects, arbitration, litigation, claims management, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Cube Highways, Dr. Shastry held senior legal roles with leading organisations including the Welspun Group, Adani Group, and KEC International. Earlier in his career, he served as a Legal Officer with the Reserve Bank of India, gaining valuable exposure to financial and regulatory matters.

Dr. Shastry holds multiple law qualifications, including a doctorate in Law from the University of Rajasthan, and has completed the PGPX programme at IIM Ahmedabad. He is also a qualified Company Secretary and has cleared CAIIB. His professional achievements have earned him recognitions including Forbes India Top General Counsel and BW Business World Top 100 General Counsel awards.
