Most recently, as General Counsel at Jio Finance Limited, Garima established the legal function from the ground up and played a pivotal role in launching the company’s flagship offerings.

Garima’s career reflects extensive and diverse experience in legal and compliance roles at Eight Capital, J.C. Flowers Asset Reconstruction Company, India Infoline Finance Limited, and ICICI Bank. She expanded her global perspective as a Foreign Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, New York, advising on complex cross-border transactions and regulatory frameworks.
