She has successfully set up in-house legal teams, engaged leading law firms, and represented organizations before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities. Her experience includes overseeing 800+ legal matters, leading investigations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America, and managing employee relations issues for a workforce of over 200,000. She has handled sensitive internal investigations, including POSH, fraud, data privacy, and reputational risk management. Jahnavi has also managed portfolios exceeding $115 million, executed real estate projects worth INR 237 crores, and driven strategic negotiations for business continuity during crises like Covid. As an Independent Director, she contributed to corporate governance and policy advisory. Her entrepreneurial ventures include founding Fox E Transit Pvt Ltd and co-founding Incredible Consultants & Investments Pvt Ltd, offering consultancy in business growth, technology, and AI-driven solutions.
