He began his career as a litigating counsel in Bangalore before moving into corporate law in 2006. Since then, he has held key legal leadership roles at some of India’s most iconic startups, including Flipkart, Swiggy, and Car Dekho Group. He has also worked with established corporates such as The Mobile Store, Videocon, and Vodafone.

His core expertise lies in building the legal and governance infrastructure that supports hyper-growth. He has played a pivotal role in guiding companies through significant milestones such as major funding rounds, pre-IPO financing, regulatory challenges, and scaling to billion-dollar valuations.
