Pradyumna is the General Counsel at TresVista providing strategic legal guidance to the C-suite and the Board in the mattes of across corporate governance, commercial, employment and IP and litigation matters while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Before TresVista, he was part of CRISIL, WNS and Infosys legal department working on various matters including being the head of M&A in WNS.
