Pujarini Guha Maulik is Vice President at INMOBI, working as Group General Counsel & Privacy Head, heading a team of 26+ in-house lawyers and privacy practitioners and managing a network of external counsels since 20+ years. INMOBI is present in about 13+ countries with business in 100+ countries and Pujarini oversee the legal and privacy portfolios across the board. Her exposure in INMOBI has been diverse starting from setting up a team from scratch to establishing robust processes towards Corporate Governance. Currently, Pujarini is also the presiding member of its CIPM certified Privacy Committee. Prior to INMOBI, she was with Infosys legal team with focus on commercial contracting, post integration, deal structuring, licensing and employment practice areas.
