Aakash Saxena is the General Counsel and Corporate Head – Legal at Auro Group, where he provides strategic legal leadership and advises the organisation on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. Aakash brings expertise in corporate legal advisory, commercial contracts, compliance, risk management and transactional matters. His role involves overseeing legal strategy, reviewing and negotiating business agreements, supporting corporate initiatives and ensuring that legal considerations are effectively integrated into business operations.

As a senior legal professional, he combines a strong understanding of legal principles with a practical, business-oriented approach, enabling organisations to navigate complex regulatory and commercial environments. He is an alumnus of the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University, Hyderabad.
