Arshdeep Singh is the Head – Legal & Compliance and Vice President at Amplus Solar, where he leads the organisation’s legal and compliance function and provides strategic counsel on critical business and regulatory matters. With specialised experience in corporate law, legal compliance, renewable energy, and infrastructure, he brings a strong understanding of the complex legal and regulatory landscape governing India’s evolving energy sector.

In his leadership role, Mr. Singh works closely with business and management teams to address legal risks, strengthen compliance frameworks, and support strategic business initiatives. His expertise encompasses corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, commercial issues, and legal strategy, with a particular focus on the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

Mr. Singh holds a BBA, LLB (Hons) with a specialisation in Corporate Laws from UPES. His contributions to the legal profession have earned recognition, including being named a Great Indian Legal Eagle in 2024, reflecting his professional expertise and leadership.
