Ashish is a principal in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Singapore. He is qualified to practice law in England and Wales, India, New York and Singapore and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Within the firm, Ashish sits on the (i) Global International Arbitration Steering Committee, (ii) Global India Steering Committee, (iii) Global TMT Dispute Resolution Working Group and (iv) Joint Asia Offices Dispute Resolution Working Group on TMT and South Asia.

Ashish is acknowledged by Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a key practitioner in the area of international arbitration in Singapore. Ashish has broad experience in the conduct of international arbitrations with seats in Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, India, Kuala Lumpur, London and New York under a variety of ad hoc and institutional arbitration rules, including AAA, AIAC, DIAC, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL.

Ashish regularly speaks on topical dispute resolution issues at leading industry conferences, events and in-house client seminars throughout Asia, and in particular India. In particular, he has been actively speaking on topical legal issues concerning cutting-edge technology such as distributed ledger technology and digital transformation.
