Damandeep Kaur is the Regional Chief Legal Officer for India and APAC at Teleperformance, where she leads the Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance functions. With extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, she brings strong legal leadership across complex and evolving business environments.

Over the course of her career at Teleperformance, Ms. Kaur has held several senior leadership positions, including Head of Legal, Risk and Corporate Law and SVP & Head of Legal, Teleperformance India. Prior to this, she served as Vice President – Legal at Startek and General Manager – Legal at Intelenet Group of Companies, gaining broad experience in corporate legal affairs, risk management, compliance, and governance.

Ms. Kaur holds an LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, a Diploma in Intellectual Property Laws from the Indian Law Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Delhi University. Her multidisciplinary expertise enables her to provide strategic legal counsel while supporting robust governance, privacy, risk, and compliance frameworks.
