Damini Marwah is General Counsel at Axis Bank Ltd. She has close to two decades of experience and has worked extensively in project finance, corporate finance, structured finance and private equity. She has also specialized in restructuring and turnaround of non-performing assets and brings a strong understanding of Indian regulatory and strategic matters.

She was Legal Head & Secretarial at HDFC Bank Ltd. Her previous experience also includes stints at IL&FS, Citibank India and ICICI Bank, which has made her an expert in banking and regulatory issues and an active speaker at relevant conferences and seminars.
