Ms. Divya Adepu serves as Special Government Pleader in the Office of the Advocate General for the State of Telangana, representing the State before the Telangana High Court. With over 15 years of experience in litigation, she has developed specialised expertise in criminal and constitutional law and has represented clients across complex legal matters.

Ms. Adepu began her legal career in the chambers of Senior Advocate and former Additional Solicitor General Sidharth Luthra and subsequently gained corporate-sector experience with McKinsey & Company. Prior to her current appointment, she served as Standing Counsel for the Election Commission of India before the Telangana High Court and as a non-official member of the Advisory Board for the Central Prison, Cherlapalli.

Her multidisciplinary academic background includes a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and an LLB. Combining legal acumen with corporate and financial perspectives, Ms. Adepu brings a distinctive approach to public law, litigation, constitutional matters, and government representation, reinforcing her commitment to public service and justice.
