Isha Sinha is a senior legal and compliance professional with over 15 years of experience across corporate law, commercial advisory, litigation, arbitration, mediation, banking and finance, corporate due diligence, regulatory compliance, governance and healthcare law. She has served as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Medicover Hospitals, India, where she has led the legal and compliance function and advised on complex commercial, contractual, regulatory, employment and healthcare matters.

A graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, Isha holds an Executive MBA in Financial Management from IIM Kozhikode and a postgraduate qualification in Cyber Laws. Prior to moving in-house, she worked with leading law firms including Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and Tatva Legal, Hyderabad, where she handled complex and high-stakes litigation, arbitration, corporate and commercial matters.

Her experience spans commercial and corporate litigation, domestic and international arbitration, mediation, banking and financial matters, corporate transactions and due diligence, regulatory investigations, governance, risk management and healthcare-related legal issues. She has also acted as a Mediator appointed by the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad, and has been actively associated with IAMC's initiatives on alternative dispute resolution.

Isha has significant experience in POSH and workplace conduct matters and is associated with the SAHAS initiative of the Women Safety Wing, Telangana Police, as an Independent Expert. She is also a certified corporate and POSH trainer and has been involved in awareness, advisory and quasi-judicial processes relating to workplace sexual harassment and gender sensitivity.
