Juhi is a very well-seasoned corporate and a commercial lawyer, who was originally admitted to Bar Council of Delhi in 2003, and she completed her Master of Laws from the prestigious George Washington University USA.

She currently serves as the Head Legal for Saatvik Group of Companies, a leading player in the renewable energy sector, overseeing the legal, corporate, litigation and several other areas at the group level.  

In her career spanning more than 23 years of working, she has served at the senior most levels in the corporate, legal and compliance departments of various reputed global companies such as InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo Airlines), InterGlobe Enterprises, Teleperformance, Tata Tele Services. She has worked at the heart of legal, commercial and operational matters including handling finance and taxation issues rendering excellent legal advisory & stakeholder management from time to time steering through a complex gamut of complex litigations, M&A deals, Regulatory issues, Project Financing, Human Resources, Digitization & IT Operations to name a few, for two decades and more of her illustrious career.

Juhi has spent decades working with the business teams of many organizations that she has been associated with, always bringing realistic and pragmatic solutions to the stakeholders. Her process of providing legal guidance and consultation has always been meticulous, collaborative, and in the best interests of the companies she has worked for. The strength of the legal support given by her on litigation matters, business advisory and business expansions strategy has enabled resolution of complex matters for the companies she has been associated with not just in India but also in various other jurisdictions across the world. She works through a great brethren of lawyers, firms and consultancies.
