Karthik Kumar is a Partner at Orrick in Singapore, specialising in Energy & Infrastructure and Renewable Energy. With around two decades of experience, he advises developers, sponsors, borrowers, and financial institutions on complex renewable-energy and infrastructure projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

His practice encompasses a diverse range of energy projects, including solar, onshore and offshore wind, biomass, and waste-to-energy developments. Mr. Kumar has extensive experience advising on transactions involving India and other key Asian markets, bringing a strong understanding of the legal, commercial, and regulatory considerations shaping the region’s rapidly evolving energy landscape.
