Kartikeya Singh is Former Head of Legal at Baring Private Equity Asia. A seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience in financial markets, he specializes in alternate investments, structured finance, M&A, acquisition finance, and debt capital markets. He has held leadership roles at top law firms and financial institutions in India. Most recently, he was Head of Legal for Baring Private Equity Asia’s Private Credit business, and previously led legal and structuring at Altico Capital. His career includes roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Phoenix Legal, Northern Arc, AZB & Partners, and ICICI Bank. He holds an LLB from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
