Lakshika Joshi is a distinguished legal professional and seasoned Intellectual Property (IP) specialist with extensive experience across legal strategy, contracts management, licensing, risk and compliance, and IP rights. She has held senior leadership roles, including General Counsel and Head of IP Licensing at Nucleus Software, where she spearheaded global legal operations, transformed contracting processes, and developed innovative IP licensing and monetization models.

Her expertise spans complex M&A transactions, corporate law, intellectual property, media, entertainment, sports, and digital businesses. She has also played a key role in strategic IP acquisitions and the development of technology-led solutions and licensing frameworks.

A passionate trainer and speaker, Lakshika regularly conducts workshops on contracting, legal drafting, and IPR.
