Lakshika Joshi is a part of the Global Risk & Compliance team at HBP. She will play a pivotal role in building and advancing our Contract Management and IPR programs. Lakshika brings an impressive wealth of experience of over two decades in contract management, licensing, digital rights, GenAI and intellectual property rights, honed through years of service in leadership roles at global companies (most recently at Capgemini Group). In addition to building and leading IP programs at global organizations, she has significant experience negotiating complex commercial contracts with clients and partners in APAC, Europe and Americas. She also brings us valuable media experience from her leadership role at the Times of India Group.
