Based in New Delhi, Agarwal leads the firm’s practice across a broad spectrum of complex civil and commercial disputes, domestic and international arbitration, insolvency, taxation, banking, corporate, and regulatory matters.

Over the course of his career, Mahesh has represented leading multinational and Indian corporates, as well as high-net-worth individuals, in sophisticated legal matters before courts and tribunals across India.
