His practice spans a diverse range of sectors, including manufacturing, telecommunications, e-commerce, agri-machinery, food and beverage, and real estate. He regularly advises businesses on SEBI regulations, foreign exchange laws, company law matters, and commercial contracts.

Navin has advised on several significant domestic and cross-border transactions, including Adani Group’s acquisition of ACC and Ambuja Cements, DLF’s stake sale to GIC Singapore, GE’s India leg of its global nuclear business transaction with EDF, and strategic ventures involving Escorts and Kubota, as well as Sanmina and Reliance. He has also advised on major investments and acquisitions involving Dunzo, V-Guard, and Pernod Ricard India.
