Prior to joining Vedanta as Senior Vice President – Legal, Navita served as Senior Director – Legal Affairs and General Counsel at Target India, where she led a multidisciplinary legal affairs function supporting the company’s India operations. Earlier, she was General Counsel & Senior Director at Wipro GE Healthcare, following a career in corporate legal roles.

Her expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, data privacy, corporate governance, and strategic legal advisory.
