Niti Mittal is a seasoned legal and compliance leader with over 27 years of experience spanning the technology, telecommunications, ITES, and financial technology sectors. She currently serves as General Counsel, Vice President, and Head of Legal at Coforge Limited, where she advises the Board and executive leadership on strategic, regulatory, and risk management matters.

Before joining Coforge, Niti held senior leadership positions with leading organizations including Bharti Airtel, HCL Technologies, and Nucleus Software. She has also practiced independently before the Delhi High Court, bringing together extensive corporate leadership and litigation experience.

Her areas of expertise include corporate governance, compliance, commercial contracting, data privacy, ESG, M&A, intellectual property, and regulatory affairs. Niti has built and led highperforming legal and compliance teams, supporting business growth through practical, riskbased legal strategies.
