Prarabdha R. Jaipuriar is the Vice President and General Counsel at SUEZ India, bringing extensive experience in corporate, commercial, regulatory, and infrastructure-related legal matters. He began his legal career in 2007 and joined the erstwhile SUEZ Environment India as an in-house counsel in November 2013.

Over the course of his career with SUEZ, Mr. Jaipuriar has taken on progressively broader responsibilities, including leading the legal function for SUEZ’s group companies in India, with his mandate subsequently expanding across the Indian subcontinent. His expertise spans public procurement, dispute resolution, compliance management, regulatory and contractual matters, anti-trust filings, due diligence, corporate carve-outs, and obtaining critical consents and approvals.

Mr. Jaipuriar has also played an important legal advisory role in major wastewater-treatment and infrastructure projects, supporting complex transactions and project execution. His experience combines strong legal expertise with a practical understanding of regulatory and commercial considerations, enabling him to provide strategic counsel across SUEZ’s evolving business operations.
