Priyank Srivastava is a Director in the Corporate and Energy practices at Duane Morris & Selvam, with more than 19 years of experience advising clients across energy, infrastructure, project development, PPPs and disputes. He co-heads the India Practice Group and focuses on upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas/LNG, power, renewable energy and infrastructure matters. Having spent over eight years with India’s largest exploration and production company, Priyank brings substantial industry and transactional experience to complex global energy projects. His practice encompasses cross-border M&A, acquisitions, joint ventures, project development and financing, as well as cross-border arbitration and mediation. He has advised clients in frontier markets and has significant experience with Myanmar’s regulatory framework and PPP projects.
