Rajeev Nair, Senior Director – Legal, Government Affairs & Public Policy, HP Inc., is a seasoned inhouse legal professional with around 30 years of experience spanning corporate legal leadership, regulatory affairs, and public policy. He currently leads Legal, Government Affairs and Public Policy for HP Inc. across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, providing strategic counsel across complex and evolving business environments.

Rajeev began his legal career as a litigating attorney before the High Court of Kerala and subsequently transitioned into corporate legal roles. Prior to joining HP, he held legal positions with Unilever, ING Group, and HSBC, gaining diverse experience across the FMCG, financial services, and technology sectors. He joined HP in January 2012 as Director of Legal for India and later assumed broader regional responsibilities.

His expertise encompasses technology regulation, competition law, data privacy, and corporate governance. Rajeev holds an LL.B. from the University of Kerala and an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Laws from O.P. Jindal Global University. His cross-sector experience enables him to effectively align legal strategy with business and regulatory priorities.
