Rajiv Malik is a senior legal leader at LG Electronics’ Noida manufacturing subsidiary, with over 20 years of experience in litigation, contract management, compliance, data privacy, antitrust and technology law. He is a recognised speaker and writer on AI, legal technology, corporate governance and dispute resolution. Rajiv has received multiple industry honours, including General Counsel of the Year 2023/2025 by INBA, India’s Finest General Counsel by Legal Era, and recognition from India Business Law Journal, BW Legal and LawWiser. He regularly contributes articles to leading legal publications and speaks at industry forums on AI, data privacy, contract management, governance and legal operations. He holds an LL.B. from Delhi University, is a Company Secretary, and has postgraduate qualifications in Cyber Laws from Amity University and AI & Law from Lund University, Sweden, together with a leadership certification from IIMA.
