Ritu Goyal is the Managing Partner of NAKS & Associates, a PAN-India law firm, and a seasoned legal professional with an established practice spanning complex commercial litigation, arbitration, corporate advisory and governance. She is known for handling strategically significant matters involving businesses, promoters and shareholders before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT and other Tribunals across India.

A lawyer, Company Secretary and Master of Laws (LL.M.), Ritu brings a distinctive understanding of both legal and corporate dimensions of business. Her practice includes major shareholder and promoter disputes, high-stakes commercial litigation, arbitration and corporate proceedings.

She has deep sectoral expertise in the agriculture and allied sectors, particularly agrochemicals and seeds, aviation, e-commerce and consumer businesses. She has extensive experience in related criminal litigation arising from searches, investigations and enforcement actions by government departments and subsequent criminal proceedings. She advises international businesses and investors on India entry and cross-border business, with particular focus on South Korea and Taiwan.

Ritu holds Independent Director positions on several corporate boards, including Optiemus Infracom Limited and A2Z Infra Engineering Limited, and has previously served on the board of Hero Cycles Limited.

A cause particularly close to her heart is workplace safety and prevention of sexual harassment, shaped by her own experience as a woman. She has conducted 500+ POSH programmes, served on Internal Committees of 100+ organisations, and is the Promoter of Pink & Blue – Symbiotic Living, dedicated to safer and more dignified workplaces.

Ritu has received multiple professional recognitions, including being named among the “40 Under 40 Indian Leaders” by World Brand Affairs in 2024, an honour recognising her alongside promoters and leaders of some of India’s biggest corporate houses.
