Rohit is General Counsel for Ola Group where he oversees the legal function for its three verticals: EV; ride hailing business/consumer and generative AI. Rohit brings over 21 years of expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and legal advisory, with experience in both private practice and in-house roles. Formerly Group General Counsel at UPL, he led global legal operations, managing complex M&A, compliance, and regulatory matters. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Laws from Symbiosis International University and a Leadership in Corporate Counsel certificate from Harvard Law School.
