With over 20 years of legal experience spanning litigation, the IT sector, and the FMCG industry, she brings a well-rounded and strategic perspective to corporate legal practice. She holds a Bachelor's degree in History, Economics, and Political Science from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, and an LL.B. from Bangalore University.

Currently leading a dynamic team of legal managers, she oversees legal matters and business advisory for multiple business units, including the Foods Business Division, Education and Stationery Products, Paperboards, Matches and Agarbatti Business, Packaging and Printing operations, the Bangalore Cigarette Factory, and the Central Projects Office. Known for her principled approach, she operates with a strong commitment to integrity, loyalty, and quality. Her leadership is marked by a deep understanding of complex legal landscapes and a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving.
