Sameer Chugh, Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, Games24x7, is a seasoned corporate legal professional with more than 26 years of experience spanning legal, regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance functions. At Games24x7, he leads the company’s legal, compliance, and secretarial functions, providing strategic counsel across a dynamic and evolving business environment.

Sameer began his career with leading Indian law firms, including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Kochhar & Co., before moving into senior in-house legal leadership roles. He has served as India General Counsel at prominent organisations including NCR Corporation, BT Group, Essar Group, and Cummins. He also held the position of Director – Legal & Regulatory at Bharti Airtel before becoming Group General Counsel of the Bharti Group.

An alumnus of Symbiosis Law College, Pune, Sameer holds a Law degree, a Master’s in Marketing Management from SIMS, Pune, and an MSc in Telecom Business from UCL, London. His multidisciplinary experience enables him to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes while supporting strategic business growth.
