Sanjeev Ailawadi is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of experience spanning real estate law, regulatory compliance, government liaison, litigation and strategic legal advisory. As Head Legal at Max Estates Ltd., he leads legal and compliance functions, advising on RERA, land acquisition, fund raising, joint ventures, leasing and project development, while engaging with central, state and municipal authorities. Prior to this, he served as Head Legal at Eros Group of Companies for nearly 14 years, managing litigation, arbitration, land-title matters, property taxation, environmental and revenue laws, and legal requirements relating to hotels, malls and real estate development. Earlier, he practised before the Delhi High Court and District Courts and served as Panel Counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. His experience also includes corporate finance and project consultancy. Sanjeev holds an LL.M. in Business Law and an LL.B. from C.C.S. University, Meerut.
