Sanjeev Sachdeva, Chief Legal Officer, Elan Group, is a distinguished in-house legal professional with more than 33 years of experience, with deep expertise across the real estate and infrastructure sectors. In his current role, he advises the organisation on complex legal, transactional, corporate, and regulatory matters, supporting strategic business objectives and risk management.

His areas of expertise include real estate transactions, corporate law, land-related matters, litigation, legal documentation, and regulatory affairs. Over the course of his career, Sanjeev has represented and advised leading corporates before various courts, government departments, and regulatory authorities, bringing extensive experience in managing complex legal matters.

Before joining Elan Group, he held senior leadership positions including Senior Partner at MINE & YOUNG, Senior Legal Counsel & General Counsel at Emaar India, Senior Vice President – Legal & Secretarial at M3M India, and Head – Legal & Secretarial at Gumberg India. Beginning his professional career in 1994, he has built a strong track record of leading legal functions for major real estate organisations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and LL.B. from Delhi University.
