Shilpa Sachdeva Bhullar is a seasoned corporate law and governance professional with over two decades of in-house legal experience across the Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, and Services sectors. With more than 14 years of leadership experience, she has successfully guided legal and compliance functions across diverse markets, including Asia, Africa, the European Union, the Middle East, and the United States.

In her current role as Vice President Legal at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, Shilpa focuses on strengthening legal, compliance, governance, and risk frameworks to support sustainable business growth and strategic expansion. Her expertise spans commercial law, dispute resolution, intellectual property, sustainability, ESG, and risk governance.

Shilpa is an active member of several CII Legal Affairs Sub-Committees, including those focused on ESG & Climate Change, IPR, and Trade Sanctions.
