With over 11 years of experience spanning in-house legal leadership and private practice, Shuchi Singh is a technology and commercial lawyer with extensive expertise across high-growth businesses in India, the UAE, and offshore jurisdictions. She currently serves as Head of Legal at Xchain Technologies (dba Toyow), a real-world asset tokenization platform, where she has built the legal function from the ground up and advises the founder and leadership on corporate governance, cross-border structuring, commercial transactions, and regulatory strategy. Based out of Hyderabad, she brings a broad commercial-legal perspective shaped by experience across multiple jurisdictions and rapidly evolving technology sectors.

Her professional experience spans technology and commercial agreements, data privacy, intellectual property, fundraising, arbitration, and regulatory advisory, with exposure to businesses across gaming, social and messaging platforms, AI tools, and digital assets.
