Shweta Bharti, Managing Partner, Hammurabi & Solomon Partners, is a distinguished legal practitioner with more than two decades of experience across dispute resolution, arbitration, insolvency and bankruptcy, real estate, corporate-commercial advisory, and regulatory matters. She has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, CCI, and TDSAT, as well as prominent international arbitral institutions including the ICC, SIAC, and LCIA.

Shweta has been involved in significant litigation and arbitration matters and has contributed to important developments in insolvency and commercial law. She also serves as a Jurisdictional Council Member representing India at the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) and is a recognised speaker and author.

Her academic credentials include an LL.B. from the University of Delhi, an LL.M. in Corporate & Financial Law from Jindal Global Law School, and MBA qualifications.
