Swastica Goswami serves as Corporate Counsel at Rimini Street, where she leads the legal function in India and oversees Labour & Employment Law matters across the APAC region. She plays a pivotal role in strengthening compliance, ensuring robust corporate governance, and enabling business operations through strategic and practical legal guidance.

Swastica brings deep expertise in employment law, PoSH frameworks, dispute management and investigations, data privacy, and contract management. As a Certified PoSH Trainer under the Ministry of Women and Child Development, she actively drives workplace safety, awareness initiatives, and policy implementation across diverse teams and geographies.

Her responsibilities include advising senior leadership on cross-border legal and regulatory issues across the APAC, UK, and Middle East; developing HR and compliance policies; managing sensitive legal investigations; and representing organizations in employment-related litigation. She is also a skilled negotiator with a proven ability to structure, draft, and negotiate favorable and enforceable contracts.
