Vineet Vij, Global General Counsel, Tech Mahindra, is a seasoned corporate legal professional with over 25 years of experience spanning legal, regulatory, compliance, risk management, company secretarial, and corporate affairs functions. He has held senior leadership positions across prominent organisations, including Tech Mahindra, HCL Technologies, Tata Group companies, Punj Lloyd, and American Express India.

Before joining Tech Mahindra, Vineet spent more than 11 years as Senior Vice President and Head of Legal, Commercial, Regulatory, Compliance & Public Affairs at HCL Technologies, where he provided strategic legal and business counsel across a broad range of matters. His expertise encompasses commercial and contract law, mergers and acquisitions, data protection and privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property rights, litigation, arbitration, and global compliance.

Vineet holds a B.Com. (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce and an LL.B. from Delhi University, complemented by additional qualifications in company, labour, and technology laws. His broad expertise and strategic approach enable him to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes while supporting business growth.
