Since joining Hyundai Motor India Limited in 2024, he has overseen the company’s legal, compliance, and secretarial functions while contributing to broader business leadership.

Prior to Hyundai, Das held senior legal leadership positions, including Senior Legal Director & General Counsel at Yahoo India and General Counsel at Bajaj Auto. His career has encompassed diverse sectors, including technology, internet and media, financial services, telecommunications, and automotive manufacturing and sales.

Das holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and an LL.B. from the University of Delhi. He also holds an International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management, UK, and is described as dual-qualified in India and the UK.
