Sonali Khanna is the Vice President & General Counsel for Coca-Cola India and South West Asia, where she provides strategic legal leadership and oversight across the INSWA Operating Unit. Her responsibilities encompass legal advisory, compliance, risk management and business-focused solutions, while collaborating with global legal teams and diverse enterprise stakeholders. With more than 24 years of experience, Sonali has built a versatile career across leading organizations and sectors, including FMCG, satellite communications, technology and automotive ancillary businesses. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, she served as Head – Legal, Compliance and Company Secretary at Goodyear India Limited. Her earlier experience includes leadership roles with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, GSK Consumer and Hughes Network Systems. Sonali also serves as the AMCHAM sectoral lead for Agri, Food Processing, Retail and Manufacturing under its Anti-Corruption & FCPA Compliance Committee. She holds a B.Com from SRCC, is a Company Secretary and an LLB graduate from Delhi University.
