Pradeep Gupta is a highly accomplished and multi-skilled legal and compliance professional with 18 years of diverse experience spanning Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Company Secretarial functions, Legal Governance, CSR, Corporate Taxation, Finance, and Management. At DBS Tech India, he serves as the Vice President and Head of Legal and Compliance, providing strategic leadership across a broad spectrum of governance and regulatory requirements within a multinational corporate environment and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

Pradeep has held senior leadership roles including General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Company Secretary, bringing comprehensive expertise in establishing governance structures, managing complex transactions, and advising on employment laws, investigations, and regulatory matters. He is a DSCI Certified Privacy Professional (DCPP©), Lead Assessor (DCPLA©), and holds certifications in Cyber Laws from NALSAR Hyderabad, Cyber Security from IDRBT, and Digital Business Ecosystems through DigiFY.

He leads critical organizational programs including Ethics & Compliance, Codes of Conduct, FCPA compliance, AML, CFT, and FATCA. Pradeep is an active member of key internal committees such as POSH, Speak Up Panels, Disciplinary Committees, Grievance Redressal Committees, and Employment Relations Councils, ensuring strong governance and organizational ethics. He also serves as the CSR Lead, overseeing policy formulation, committee management, and strategy execution.
