Shujath Bin Ali serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Fourth Partner Energy, bringing over 21 years of expertise in governance, compliance, risk management, and corporate, commercial, and employment laws. A dual graduate in Commerce and Law, he holds a Master of Laws in Alternate Dispute Resolution and International Commercial Arbitration, reflecting his strong foundation in both legal strategy and conflict resolution.

Shujath is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has pursued executive education in strategy, general management, and leadership from globally renowned institutions including Harvard University, Massachusetts; the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad; and the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. His commitment to professional and personal development also extends to his association with Toastmasters International, where he led multiple initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership and communication skills among professionals and students.

Before joining Fourth Partner Energy, Shujath held several senior leadership roles across multinational organizations. He served as Senior Director – Legal, Risk Management & Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Parexel International–India, where he provided strategic corporate legal counsel and operational support for India operations. His prior experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary at International Paper–India, as well as Associate Vice President – Legal & Corporate Secretary at Deloitte US–India offices.
