Sudershan Pallap, FCS, LLM, B.Com, is the Associate Vice President (Legal & Secretarial) at Hetero Labs Limited, a leading global pharmaceutical conglomerate operating across 36 countries and headquartered in Hyderabad. Since joining Hetero in November 2018, he has been instrumental in steering the organization’s legal, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and an alumnus of Osmania University, Sudershan holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from OU College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. His strong academic foundation complements his extensive professional experience of over 25 years in handling diverse legal, regulatory, and compliance functions.

Sudershan has provided strategic legal support and compliance leadership to companies across India, the US, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East & North America. His experience spans complex legal structuring, regulatory management, contract negotiations, governance advisory, and compliance oversight for businesses across industries and global markets. Before joining Hetero, he held key roles at organizations such as Quess Corp (Bengaluru), Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (Hyderabad)—a subsidiary of IndusInd Bank—KSK Energy Ventures Limited, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (New Delhi), and Divi’s Laboratories Limited (Hyderabad). Across these roles, Sudershan has built a reputation for delivering solutions to mission-critical legal and compliance challenges while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
