Sudershan Pallap is Associate Vice President (Legal & Secretarial) at Hetero Labs Limited, with over 25 years of experience in legal, compliance and corporate secretarial functions, including 19 years with listed companies across the pharmaceutical, financial services and power sectors. He brings extensive expertise in securities regulations, contract and compliance management, joint ventures, corporate governance and strategic legal advisory.

At Hetero, Sudershan oversees legal, secretarial and compliance functions, advising the Board, Audit Committee and management on complex legal and regulatory matters. His experience includes structuring and negotiating joint venture, business, cross-border investment and collaboration agreements, as well as advising on M&A, due diligence and transaction structuring.

He also handles litigation and dispute resolution, enterprise legal risk assessment and mitigation, and regulatory compliance frameworks. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Sudershan holds a B.Com and an LL.M. specialising in International Trade and Economic Laws. He has also advised on IPOs, mergers, debt issuances and stock exchange listings.
