A member of the first graduating batch of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, Anshuman graduated in 2003 with an exceptional distinction of six gold medals, reflecting his outstanding academic achievements.

Over the course of his career, Anshuman has held senior leadership positions, including Partner at Amarchand Mangaldas and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and Senior Vice President at the GICcontrolled Greenko Group.

His extensive experience encompasses strategic investments and acquisitions, capital markets, financing, corporate advisory, commercial contracting, restructuring and disputes. He has advised on complex transactions involving Indian and overseas listings, equity, derivatives and debt, bringing a sophisticated understanding of corporate and transactional law.
