Anshuman Jaiswal is the Group Head – Legal at Rainbow Hospitals, India’s only listed obstetrics–gynaecology and paediatric healthcare chain, with a network of 22 hospitals and 5 clinics nationwide. In this leadership role, he oversees the organization’s legal strategy, regulatory affairs, governance framework, and risk management across all business verticals.

With over two decades of experience spanning top-tier law firms and senior in-house positions, Anshuman brings deep expertise in IPOs and foreign listings, domestic and cross-border investments, corporate advisory, and dispute resolution. His work reflects a strong blend of transactional insight and strategic legal counsel, supporting business expansion and operational excellence.

Before joining Rainbow Hospitals, Anshuman served as Senior Vice President at the Greenko Group, where he played a key role in managing complex transactions and governance matters. He has also held partnership positions at leading law firms, including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Amarchand Mangaldas, where he advised prominent corporates and investors on high-value transactions and regulatory issues.
