Govind Singh serves as the Group Company Secretary and Head – Governance, Risk, Compliance & Ethics (GRCE) at Re Sustainability Limited (ReSL), a KKR–US portfolio company headquartered in Hyderabad. ReSL is one of Asia’s leading providers of comprehensive environmental and waste management services, with a global footprint that includes operations across all Indian States and Union Territories, as well as established offices in the US, UAE, Singapore, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Tanzania, and Gabon in West Africa.

With over 12 years of progressive experience as a Company Secretary, Legal Counsel, and GRCE leader, Govind has been instrumental in strengthening the governance, legal, compliance, ethics, and risk management framework for Re Sustainability and its group of 75 entities. His work focuses on driving sustainable governance practices, enhancing regulatory robustness, and embedding a culture of ethical accountability across a complex and rapidly expanding organization.

Govind’s leadership has significantly contributed to building a resilient and future-ready governance ecosystem at ReSL. His dedication to excellence was recognized nationally when he was awarded the Governance Professional of the Year 2024 by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
