K. Randhir Singh is the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Head of CSR at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, where he leads key functions spanning corporate governance, legal, CSR, ESG, risk management, corporate affairs and Board processes. With over 23 years of diverse experience, he serves as Group Company Secretary and drives the organisation’s governance and social impact initiatives. Prior to joining Dr. Reddy’s, Mr. Singh held senior leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive, including Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and Head of Legal for Colgate Global Business Services. Earlier, he held significant positions at GE Capital and NIIT.

Mr. Singh actively contributes to industry and policy forums, including FICCI, CII, IICA and ICSI, with a focus on corporate laws, ESG, CSR, regulatory affairs and corporate governance. A Fellow of ICSI, he holds an MBA in Finance from LBSIM, MBL from NLSIU, LL.B. and B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University.
