CS Kumar Randhir Singh is the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and CSR Head at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, where he leads critical functions encompassing Corporate Governance, Legal, CSR, ESG, Risk Management, Corporate Affairs, and Board processes. With more than 23 years of diverse experience, he serves as the Group Company Secretary for Dr. Reddy’s and heads the CSR initiatives across the organization, strengthening its governance framework and social impact strategy. Before joining Dr. Reddy’s, Mr. Singh held leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, where he also headed Legal for Colgate Global Business Services. His earlier career includes significant positions at GE Capital and NIIT, where he contributed to strategic legal, governance, and compliance functions.

Mr. Singh is deeply engaged with industry policy and governance forums. He is a member of the Core Working Group on Corporate Affairs and ESG set up by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He also actively contributes to several leading industry bodies, including FICCI’s Corporate Laws Committee, CII National Committee on Regulatory Affairs, CII Task Force on Legal Services, CII Sub-Committee on Business & Corporate Laws, CII Corporate Governance Code Working Group on ESG, CII Southern India Task Force for CSR & Affirmative Action, and the ICSI Expert Group on CSR Excellence.

A Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Mr. Singh holds an MBA in Finance from LBSIM, New Delhi, an MBL from NLSIU Bengaluru, an LL.B. from Delhi University; and a B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University.
