Her passion for both law and technology began during her tenure as Corporate Counsel at Sesa Sterlite Ltd. (Vedanta Group) in 2009, where she observed the inefficiencies of manual legal workflows and the absence of technology-driven solutions in the industry. This experience inspired her to simplify and modernize how legal teams operate.

In 2014, Leena co-founded my-Contracts with a clear vision: to help legal teams work smarter through technology. Since its inception, the company has grown into a dynamic organization headquartered in Navi Mumbai, with a diverse team of lawyers, software engineers, AI experts, and business professionals, united by the mission to make legal operations faster, intelligent, and more efficient.

my-Contracts provides an end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform that automates every stage of the contract journey—from creation and collaboration to e-signing, compliance, and AI-driven risk analysis.
