Srijit Mukherjee, Group General Counsel, Kocho, is a seasoned legal leader with more than two decades of experience advising high-growth companies, founders, and boards across technology, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, and Web3. He currently leads the legal function at Kocho, a UK-based digital identity and cybersecurity services company, having joined the organisation in January 2026.

Prior to Kocho, Srijit served as Group General Counsel at Node4 Limited. Earlier, he held senior legal positions with leading organisations including HCLTech, Genpact, Accenture, Wipro, and Bharti Airtel, building extensive expertise across complex and evolving technology-driven businesses.

His areas of expertise include cross-border mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation, technology regulation, data privacy, cybersecurity, AI and crypto-related regulations, contract management, and legal transformation. Srijit is an alumnus of the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata, where he graduated in 2005, and also holds a master’s degree in Cyber Law and Information Security from IIIT. His multidisciplinary experience positions him as a strategic legal advisor navigating emerging technology and regulatory landscapes.
