He is a seasoned leader with a multidisciplinary background in technology, law, and management. As part of Cognizant’s Executive Leadership Team, he leads critical legal and corporate functions, including global legal operations, strategic negotiations, IP, and governance. He advises executive leadership and boards on complex, cross-border matters and high-value deals, including Global Capability Centres. With prior roles in technology, M&A, and P&L management, Subhadip also serves on boards across Asia Pacific.
